I'm writing this on my own - stop assuming it's a 3rd party. This AGENCY is violating my privacy and rights and have continued to do so despite me pointing out in the last 3 letters that they have INACCURATE data in my report which MUST be deleted in accordance with the FCRA. In addition to information being inaccurate, a proper investigation has not always been performed because at times, the status of the accounts in question NEVER changed after the 30 days they take to investigate. I am giving you directions to avoid litigation to delete the 2 accounts in question based on the inaccurate data I pointed out to your company in the last 3 letters. Attached is the last letter in which you can see the additional inaccurate information for the accounts in question.
