I have been violated repeatedly and ignored by Kia Finance America/Kia Motors , and they refuse to send requested documentation. I have requests Debt Validation and Debt Verification and they refuse to comply by sending my requested documentation. I have sent other requests as well such as Right of Rescission, Billing Error Notice, 2 notarized Affidavits of Truth, Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure, Debt Validation not verification. They continue to violate my federally protected consumer rights.
