How did they Get My Person Information I did not authorize this I Do not know who XXXX XXXX Is. I have never had A Account with this Company XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account Number. - XXXX. - {$650.00} balance -and listing XXXX $ asa High Balance stating Factoring Company Account. I Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX that they have listed on my Credit Report as a Collection and they stated they are not Collecting for them that they do not have the Debt nor any Debt with my Name. XXXX XXXX XXXX Has added A Statement stating FCRA Dispute on my account after they stated it was Verified by the Credit Bureau to be Legal and Verified but would not tell me How or whom it was That they Verified with or how they Verified. I asked for all paperwork Containing to this Debt and it wasnt provided by XXXX or Transunion or XXXX. Why would they post a Balance and a High Balance on My Credit Report before Verifying that with me. Then a Few numbers as a Account Number that I cant look up. That is not Right at All. # 1 There is No Account Number for me to Investigate for my Self. # 2. Balance and High Balance listed as {$1000.00}. States XXXX XXXX. Whom states they do not have any information on this Debt. My Credit is Very Important to me and they Have Violated my Rights under FCRA. If I can seek Judgment for Damages I Would like to do So. This has Been Mentally and Physically Exhausting to Research and Again Damaging to my Livelihood and Mental Status
