Consumer Narrative
Made ridiculously high payments on time they made a payment plan for late fees that I did not even owe and I do not know how to fix this because when I do get in contact with someone they're trying to make a new payment plan for things I don't understand you're telling me I was late for my first car payment after I paid my first car payment right after it said it was late already so it's always been late since I began to pay for the car which is very awkward
