I noticed that you all are reporting this bankruptcy on my credit report that XXXX not aware of and it is inaccurate. Please notify me what is federal court and what is us bankruptcy court. I researched on XXXX and couldnt find either with my name attached. Please delete this erroneous bankruptcy off my credit report. I sent letter to XXXX and XXXX and received a stall letter stating that the letter came from someone I was working with.
