Transunion is reporting an account that has been opened for more than XXXX years as a new account, as a result my credit score has dropped XXXX XXXX. I called Transunion to try and remedy the issue but they advised to dispute online and I have been unable to do so as I keep getting error messages. I have attached the reports dated from earlier in XXXX where it shows that XXXX XXXX being reported prior to XX/XX/15. Please resolve this issues as soon as possible, I take care of my credit and dont want inaccuracies being reported and weighing down my score. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this matter.
