I have a active sale for the property in place and I have been given the run around trying to receive a payoff for settlement which is this Wednesday coming XX/XX/2022 at XXXX XXXX. I have called numerous time and was told, oh just have your agent to call that day, its to early for a payoff etc. Finally yesterday I was able to get someone to agree to send a payoff but they said it would now take XXXX business days. XXXX business days exceeds the time of when settlement will take place. My PA real estate agent has called as I have her listed on file with the mortgage company her name is XXXX XXXX, still we can not even get a verbal payoff. If we dont get help before next Wednesday, the deal will be lost and then I will lose my home to foreclosure. Its almost like the mortgage company wishes for my home to proceed to foreclosure, so that they can reap the benefits of destroying my life and taking a profit in for themselves. Please please help me!
