My Federal rights have been violated repeatedly by EXPERIAN on XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX Account XXXX was DELETED on EXPERIAN which XXXX have uploadedx proof. Experian has ILLEGALLY REINSERTED A Fraud account without anything in writing or proof of verification method this is ILLEGAL A Reporting Violation has been Found They responded to my CFPB on XX/XX/2022 and the unverified information had already been deleted. On XX/XX/2022 they opened an online dispute and reinserted XXXX XXXX on that day this is illegal .why would they system show 4 open disputes on the same day XX/XX/2022 all disputes closed that same day. I have uploaded proof of previous disputes with dates and proof it was deleted on XX/XX/2022. I have rights as a consumer please investigate Experian for this please and thank you. ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumers file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. As part of, or in addition to, the notice under clause ( ii ), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing not later than 5 business days after the date of the reinsertion Dont forget they closed the dispute same day it was open
