My family of XXXX and I had a land contract scam and must purchase a home by XXXX XXXX. I am currently XXXX points from pre approval which is what we need to start shopping. I found out that even though I was paying XXXX XXXX on time weekly auto pay, there was a week that did not go through and rolled over. Due to that my car payment is showing FIVE late payments. XXXX Once we corrected and figured this out, we made sure to pay XXXX and XXXX to have this update ASAP ON ALL THREE BEUROS. I always paid toward my secure credit card debit which is the only item I owe for. XXXX now is showing XXXX and my usage at 50 % and XXXX at XXXX and 3 % usage! I paid XXXX twice to update my scores early to get the XXXX point needed to get that pre approval and for the loan officer to see my scores at XXXX. After paying twice and seeing the changes on XXXX XXXX points and XXXX, Transunion has STILL not shown these updates! I feel as if XXXX lied as I was told they only have control over their scores, but promoted all THREE updating early rather than in 15 days!? Also after contacting and unlocking my online account on TransUnion, I was told only a dispute will get them to update and report correctly? I am unable to dispute due to the fact that we are trying to purchase mortgage and my loan office said not to dispute anything! Please help me get this score to show correctly. I am playing down my secured credit card below 50 % now and everything else has be and show paid off or has been current! The medical bill is currently supposed to be taken up as I had insurance. I need transunion or XXXX to be at at least a XXXX for us to both be pre approved and due to being uneducated, we were scammed when we attempted to buy this land contract and home and we are in a time crunch!
