false collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX appeared on my credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX affecting my score during my home buying process. I never received notice from the debt collector and the final judgment was made in court stating I owe {$890.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX without me being responsible for fees and lawyers. This was after I was in my new home. I was not able to contest because they sent it to my old address and I paid my rent to the XXXX XXXX XXXX who took my money and said I didnt pay my last month rent. I found this out and called and a woman picked up the phone and said she doesnt work there. The property was cleared out and cleaned and I was out XX/XX/XXXX into my new place. The reason I moved is because they would not fix the plumbing so I call home code enforcement to come out and they did bare minimum to pass inspection and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They refused to fix it so I let the lady know that on XX/XX/XXXX that I will not renew my lease and I will be out by XXXX. XXXX came I received a call from XXXX XXXX she said that their machine was down and she is collecting her tenants payments in cash to meet her by XXXX because she is on the way to another tenants home. I paid and she gave me a receipt. My debt was sold to a collector XXXX XXXX and its reporting I owe {$5200.00} to the rental company. I disputed this and provided court documents to the credit bureaus and it came back accurate which it is not by the legal documents I have. The credit bureaus is reporting inaccurate information.
