Received an email with attached letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, stating that I owe them a debt for {$59000.00}. The Original Creditor was Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA , who previously charged off the alleged debt and reported it as income. I have no contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are threatening me by stating they will submit a negative credit report. Which is a violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ). Amongst other violations committed. I do not owe them anything I do not know who they are. They are communicating a false debt under 15 USC 1692e ( 8 ). They are communicating False representation. All caps name, stating consumer owes debt 15 USC 1692b ( 2 ). They are in Communication without prior consent violation of 15 USC 1692c ( a ). They are using false, deceptive or misleading representations in violation of 15 USC 1692e. They are using obscene/profane language accusing me of owing an alleged debt which is violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ). The communication between XXXX XXXX XXXX and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA , about me is in direct violation of my privacy per the Privacy Act of 1974
