ECMC has been in dishonor for years. I have proof that Ive attempted to satisfy the debt obligation. Ive sent a registered security years ago. It was kept and account still not properly closed and settled. Letters ignored etc. By this account being on my credit report. It is effecting my way of living. Effecting my ability to obtain credit to purchase my first home. Refusal of discharge by law is automatic discharge. I want this off my credit immediately. Or I will file a XXXX Civil Sheet. Along with filing a complaint with the SEC. For keeping my security. XXXX never processed properly as well. XXXX net shouldve never transferred or sold the debt to ECMC. 2018 I sent in tender of payment. It obviously was ignored. Which is automatic discharge.
