XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX Equifax - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX, GA XXXX Payment of {$300.00} posted XX/XX/21. Statement Date XXXX shows this payment reducing the balance from {$460.00} to {$190.00} ( +/- other minor adjustments ). TWICE since the payment was posted, XXXX XXXX has stated to Equifax that the balance is still {$460.00}. When I called XXXX XXXX to try to ask them, they acknowledged the lower balance but refused to send the updated balance to the credit bureau. While I have a dashboard account at Equifax, there is no way to refute a factually incorrect response to a dispute. The phone menu systems do not allow for human interaction and I have found nowhere on their site where I can submit documentation showing the correct balance as stated by XXXX XXXX.
