I received a phone call from a legal advisor to the CEO of XXXX, in reference to my complaint to the CFPB about XXXX reporting of late payments ( 120,30 days on file ). I wanted to start this letter by mentioning XXXX is centered itself by the pride of taking care of its MILITARY! Its bases is its militatry members, it is its grass roots of its banking. Now with that said I have been a member with XXXX over 30 years, 19 of those years I served my country and six of years where combat tours, and 2019 I was % XXXX XXXX both from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I tried after multiple venues to explain this XXXX and as other worked with me. The phone call I received from XXXX was the most humiliating phone call to date on a recorded line. Not only due I suffer emotional issues from this but being humilatied by a professional banking system for a costumer request?
