I have repeatly mailed the Reporting agency regarding this inaccurate information. In fact, I have mailed them approximately 12 times through certified mail asking for a REINVESTIGATION. I have requested for proof of the investigation they conducted and the response I received is that the furnisher has verified, and the information is accurate. I've asked for documents containing my signature and any other information that they used to agree with the furnisher that the information they received belongs to me. I have consistently written the Reporting Agency and informed them that the account they are reporting is inaccurate and does not belong to me. I've been told by the Reporting Agency that they have conducted an investigation and that they are not REQUIRED to conduct another investigation. XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency CAN NOT furnish an account without my written instruction.
