I have a Walmart Capital One Mastercard. I always pay in full upon receiving the statement. I just received the statement with late fees and credit interest stating that I had to make a payment on XX/XX/2022. I just received the statement yesterday, XX/XX/2022. How am I to pay on the XXXX of XXXX if I do not know its due until I receive the statement. I always receive the statement approximately 12 to 14 days after the XXXX of the month. Yesterday it was the XXXX. How am I to know when to pay? This is wrong. This is FRAUD. They list {$28.00} late fee and {$21.00} interest because of the late fee. Somehow the statement has {$1300.00} owed. Yet my transactions are {$940.00}. There is a difference of {$350.00}. They do not have any account of this. This is wrong. I paid the money I owe, {$940.00}. I do not know where these people are coming from. Their fraudulent statement does not make sense. I do not owe that {$350.00}. I need your help.
