In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) these creditors have violated my rights for these accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Due to the following : [ 15U.S.C. 1681 ] Section 602A states that I have the right to privacy. [ 15U.S.C. 1681 ] Section 604A, Section 2 states that a consumer reporter agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction or consent. [ 15U.S.C. 1681 ] Section 603 Section 2A, Subsection ( iii ) states that communication of other information among persons related by common ownership or affiliated by corporate control, if it is clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the consumer that the information may be communicated among such persons and the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that the information is initially communicated, to direct that such information not be communicated among such persons.
