Consumer Narrative

I submitted numerous complaints about this situation but ad astra still not giving a clear path to resolve this matter, ad astra never properly notified me of this debt due to circumstances I described in past and I repeat again, the address they had was not residential address rather mail delivering service which due to national disaster temporary suspended delivery of mail, mails were going in but no distribution because they were ordered by United state government to stay home. every citizen of this country was ordered to stay home, all businesses were suspended except for ad astra. I was home and suffered from covid illness, majority of Americans jobless due to international disaster including me, a payday loan was nonsense because no pay.all financial institution suspended collection at that time, speedy cash made lots of money from consumers but yet did not act patriotic and help their fellow Americans, courts, legal and government agencies, place of business and churches were closed. Now what I am asking to give me a clear path as how we can work this out and negotiate to remove this debt from credit bureaus. What it takes and what needed for me to do considering the facts I represented, ad astra knew about emergency circumstances at that time, many people were in hospital or quarantine, including me, how in the world they could notify anyone properly and legally at that time, they should of temporarily suspended their debt collecting activities till thing normalized.
