My bank paid off the card and I called to close the account and asked would they take off the late fee they said they would and I closed the account. I got a text message saying my payment was due so I called them. They said I owed {$16.00} dollars they said the charge came in after the bank paid them off. I told them I would call back the next week to pay them. When I called the representative a man said that the account was closed and he would take care of this. The next week I get a text saying my payment was late. I called again and was told I owed {$12.00}. I told the representative that I had been told I owed {$16.00} and it would be taken care of because the account was already close. He said ok, the next week I get text messages that Im late I call again Im told this time I owed {$72.00}. I told her if they record the calls like they say then they will hear what the previous representatives told me. She was rude and said the late fee was not taken off and I owed them the money I was not getting anywhere so I told them I was going to report them.
