Upon checking my credit report, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) reported that I owe {$710.00}. This was reported to TransUnion on XX/XX/2022. XXXX XXXX also reported this to XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2022. My credit report informs me that the original creditor was : XXXX XXXX FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have disputed this case with XXXX for I was unaware of this charge and I also did not give XXXX permission to relinquish nor sale any personal information to third party XXXX. Not only did this company harass me to pay this unsolicited debt, but also gave/sold my information to a party that I do not know. In addition, I was able to confirm that both XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX violated XXXX of the following laws : 15 U.S. Code 1692. ( B ) ( 2 ). Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer for the purpose of acquiring location information about the consumer shall not state such consumer owes any debt. 15 U.S. Code 1692. ( D ) ( 2 ). A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of [ section 2 ]. The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader. 15 U.S. Code 1692. ( D ) ( 4 ).
