I have tried to resolve this issue before and you know that you are breaking the law. Any transaction or experience between the consumer and the person making the report Shall NOT be reported on consumer reports. There are four attachments to this complaint. Please take the time to open them up and read them so that we may resolve this issue. There are congressional findings and definitions giving proof that the information about XXXX XXXX shall not be reported on my consumer report. This is very embarrassing to even go through this process, my character is being defamed and my privacy is being seen by anyone who tries to access my credit report. Please have this issue resolved within 4 days. I have already wasted time trying to have this issue resolved and I can not get that time back. I will be awaiting your response in the next few days. I am trying to purchase a home and this is slowing me down.
