On XX/XX/2022 I made an electronic payment of {$3500.00} to my credit card company from my bank. The bank statement shows the transaction but it was never credited to my credit card account. I understand that the payment was sent to my old account number that I had used in the past but due to a computer up grade at the credit card company it no longer matched the old and new numbers. I have tried to resolve the issue with the credit card company giving them 90 days as they required but no resolution. I have sent the documents they requested and my bank has tried to assist.
