I have been getting a modification done on my mortgage with this company for over a year. It was finally resolved last month but they reported the account being late when it was not. It just took them forever to get the paperwork complete. Nothing was late and my credit score/report should not have been impacted. They already fixed this issue once, but now it is running into the same issue. I have been dealing with this place and it has been terrible.
