Account had been suspended, No notice of suspension. Needed to verify ID even thought account was verified via SSN. Been sent around with support for 3 weeks and issue has not been resolved. They said it was sent to a specialist that after a week had supposedly reached a resolution but no response. Support can not acces my case as only the specialist team can and they only use email. No response or resolution since XX/XX/XXXX.
