They stated that the account would be removed from my credit report and to allow time for this to be processed. However, it was not removed from my credit report ( date of last activity was in XXXX ) and they have started leaving voicemails all over again. This account was illegally re-aged to appear as a new negative account as of XXXX although the date of last activity was in XXXX.
