It has been past 45 days and no response to verify this item which is XXXX, XXXX Account number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am attaching a copy of that letter and I sent a second letter on XXXX under tracking number ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to notify Equifax that 45 days have past and to delete this item from my credit report and they have not, which is a violation of 15 U.S.Code section 1681i- Procedure in case of disputed accuracy. I also sent a letter to Equifax to reinvestigate two items on credit report which is XXXX XXXX, XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX It has been over 45 days and still no response and this is a violation of 15 U.S. Code section 1681i- Procedure in case of disputed accuracy. This is hurting my chance of getting a house and is not acceptable I also sent them my state ID and proof of residence.
