Experian is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681a, Under the Exclusion Clause ( A ) ( i ) Experian must respect my right to privacy. I have a right to privacy ; Experian is violating my rights to privacy as a Federal protected consumer. There is a need for Experian to exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. They have developed an elaborate mechanism for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness credit standing, credit worthiness, credit capacity, character, and reputation of consumers. Through Experian actions as resulted in Companies/Banks violating 12 CFR Part 1002 - Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( Regulation B ), that protects applicants from discrimination in any aspect of a credit transaction. Which include Consumer credit, Open-end credit, Credit applications, Standards of creditworthiness and Denial of credit. Experian actions not respecting my privacy as caused great harm to me and my Family. The banking system depends on accurate reporting and due to their practices as undermine my confidence in the functioning of the banking system.
