Consumer Narrative

When asked about loan forgiveness for nurses was told that only teachers qualify for forgiveness. When asked about XXXX was disconnected and when I called back I couldnt get through. Request a refund of payments I made since XX/XX/2020. Its been 2 months and it reflects on my loan amount but I dont have the refund yet. Its very difficult to know whats available when they arent forthcoming with information or answers. So frustrating
