I simply went in to apply for an apartment now months later I have a inquiry on my credit saying I owe {$1500.00} dollars!! THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD I NEVER SIGNED A LEASE AND I HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF THE COMMUNION BETWEEN XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX STATING THAT I DID NOT WISH TO GO THROUGH WITH THE PROCESS BECAUSE I CHOSE ANOTHER APARTMENT WHICH I RESIDE NOW I AM TRYING TO GET A HOME LOAN AND THIS POPS UP I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD AND THE FACE TGAT MY INFORMATION IS THIS ACCESSIBLE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES IS UNACCEPTABLE 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U. S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions.
