I called XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2020, I had my late fee waived and can XXXX gave me an financial accommodation. XXXX XXXX told me not to worry that they would waive my late fee due to the pandemic. I also called them and told them I was suffering due to the pandemic. XX/XX/2020 I called them to have the late payment fee credited back and they did just that. According to the Cares Act they gave me relief and they shouldnt have reported me as late during this timeframe. I would like this late payment removed as it is unlawful due to the Cares Act.
