Conformed copy of the Note and Subordinate Deed of Trust is to be provided to homeowners XXXX per the aforementioned section of the Security Instrument. 2. On XX/XX/2022, after receipt of Courtesy Notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, homeowners request Freedom via their online Portal for the conformed copy of the Note and Subordinate Security Instrument. Almost two months in tow from recording date of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX NO DOCUMENT is in sight. 3. On XXXX XXXX, Freedom also advised via their online Portal, that XXXX XXXX XXXX is the SERVICER of the Partial Note. ( See attached ). However, almost two months in tow, homeowners DO NOT receive correspondence from XXXX Servicer to notify us of their engagement in servicing partial claim Note
