Consumer Narrative
Dear CFPB, I signed up a new credit card American Express XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 around XXXX XXXX with American Express credit card with annual fee of {$450.00} dollar and XXXX XXXX XXXX points as sign up bonus showing on their website. I saved the conditional & terms file while i was applying, which clearly shows the {$450.00} fee. However American Express violates it and charged me {$650.00} dollar for the annual fee. Attached is saved copy of the credit terms I saved up which had the timestamp on it.
