I just moved to the XXXX XXXX area and was intersted in learning about a matchmaking service and went to an appointment with XXXX Invitations in XXXX. At the appointment I learned about the cost of the services which were excessive, they wanted over {$6000.00} for the service. Since then, I learned that they charge others only {$2000.00} for the same services ( I learned this from a match ). I told the company I could not afford the service they were trying to sell me. I was willing to try the services on a smaller scale. I agreed to a reduced cost for a reduced service plan of XXXX matches instead of XXXX. They charged my credit card {$2500.00}. They agreed to do XXXX matches for this amount. They have only done XXXX match since XXXX XXXX XXXX and are now sending a collection agency to collect on the original amount they wanted to charge me. If they have not been able to find the XXXX matches for the reduced contract, why would I pay for additional services. The communication with them has been horrible and they are deceptive and sell you what they are not able to achieve. I sent them a letter requesting a refund on the services and they have been stalling me and trying to set me up on matches but only one has been completed. I do not owe them {$3600.00} as they have not provided services for the {$2500.00} I paid. I have agreed to pay the {$2500.00} but need them to continue to provide the services that equal that amount.
