On XX/XX/XXXX Experian sent me a response to a previous dispute, report # XXXX, stating they investigating the following accounts as accurate. However, Experian failed to report the notice of dispute within 30 days violating FCRA 623. I then sent Experian a letter asking for the Method of Verification on XX/XX/XXXX and they have failed to provide their method of verification. Experian still choose to report these inaccurate accounts and have failed to perform a proper investigation even though they said they did but have no proof. Please see attached documents.
