FYI : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX XXXX. XXXX : Navy Federal Credit Union is still violating the CFPA by unfairly restricting consumers electronic access by blocking online functions. I was late paying on my debit card 3 days ; XX/XX/2022 ; and they have blocked my access to pay the bill electronically. They have illegally froze access to my account... an action CFPB ordered NFCU to pay consumers in a class action suit in XXXX and FYI : they are still continuing to ignore
