It has take said company more than 60 days to respond to prior complaints they arent reading the complaints they are using a system generated AI platform which the systems is deems it correct information. the XXXX XXXX XXXX I have asked the company to stop calling me to seized all contact me back XXXX. However, I am still receiving threating alerts from the credit card companys credit alert. Stating my credit score has gone done. even though they have charge off the account and written it off as a tax right out. This has caused me great stress health issues. I have called the XXXX XXXX was told the card was reopen and cancelled again XX/XX/XXXX previously it closed in XXXX. Account has been charged off and is a violation of my rights. 15 U.S C 1681 section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish account without my written instructions 15 U.S C 1692C. Without the prior Consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt The Credit reporting agency is showing incorrect information account has been closed and charged off but is showing a late payment status of XX/XX/XXXX this is false information.
