Equifax did not complete an investigation on XXXX XXXX XXXX which is an erroneous account added to my credit file. I opened a dispute and they closed the dispute the same day. I disputed this information over a year ago and it was deleted and reinserted back on my file and reported on Equifax on XX/XX/2022. I have never had any contract or service with the company and this information also states that it was included in my bankruptcy. Equifax has not done its due dilligence and has violated my rights by allowing this company to report negatively on my report. I am demanding this information be deleted immediately from my file.
