I contacted the original creditor on my report about a charge-off claim. They told me that they didnt have or own the debt. They gave me a number to a collection agency to call, who told me that they didnt have or own the debt either. The collection agency gave me another number to call, which was another collection agency, who told me the same. This CA gave me the number to the original creditor to call saying that they have the debt, in which sent me through a repeat cycle. I gave XXXX a call to dispute the account and told them about the experience. XXXX did their investigation and removed the account. I did the same with XXXX, who also deleted the account from my report as well. Ive disputed multiple times with Experian, online and by phone, to no avail. Experian has failed to do a thorough investigation of my dispute claim resulting in the negative account standing on my credit report.
