XXXX XXXX has reported account information inaccurately and upon requesting to re-investigate with proof of my claims that Experian is reporting with ( 2 ) 30 days past due, XXXX ( 1 ) 30 days past due and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX past due. I mailed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a letter outlining my concerns that caused adverse credit decisions due to the defamation of character, accounting & credit reporting errors. XXXX of XXXX I filed a lawsuit in XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$1000.00} in damages. The attorney for XXXX XXXX advised their investigation reinforced their initial determination that nothing was reported inaccurately. My initial request for a goodwill adjustment lead XXXX XXXX to respond via email, but in their response provided my account information and that of another customer in an email chain. After advising them of their continued documented errors, I received no response. I would like for this account to be removed due to irrevocable financial damages and defamation of character. Self Lenders attorney, XXXX XXXX of law firm XXXX XXXX, XXXX TX advised they are not able to remove information deemed accurate, but negative. I advised the information isnt accurate and the request to reinvestigate would have yielded the exact proof I provided, that there are errors on my credit report.
