The following accounts listed in this report are not mine. I have never done any business with or heard of this company. XXXX XXXX or the medical account listen on my credit report. I have tried to resolve this with the credit bureaus. I demand immediate removal and accounts blocked from both of these accounts from ever reporting in the future or being sold to any other illegal third party. Also, the law states any medical debt reporting is a hippa violation and must be removed. I'm a victim of identity theft my personal information was stolen due to the XXXX and Transunion data breach as well as the XXXX. My information was also found on dark web names listed on my report and address, not mine. Failure to comply and remove these accounts will result in a lawsuit and XXXX per violation. I demand the removal of these accounts immediately as the law states all information must report accurately and truthfully. This is defamation of my character and has caused my score to drop demand removal and blockage. remove these accounts immediately. I have also attached an FTC report.
