In my previous dispute XXXX XXXXXXXX Equifax replied that 5 fraudulent inquiries were deleted from my file ; However the HARD INQUIRIES STILL REMAIN ON THE FILE. According to them, on XX/XX/2022 : XXXXXXXX XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE. Inquiry : XXXX XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE. Inquiry : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE. Inquiry XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE. Inquiry : XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE. In subsequent credit reports, and after several phone calls, they indicate that all they can do is dispute the information again. If they already investigated and say they were deleted, why do they still show on my file and why can't the file be corrected accordingly? Again they replied to the CFPB on XX/XX/2022, but the response is not correct and ITEMS THEY SAY WERE DELETED HAVE NOT BEEN DELETED! I am attempting to obtain credit and these erroneous inquiries are hindering my ability to do that.
