I have tried to dispute through the proper channel but with no satisfaction. Starting with certified mail : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TransUnion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The credit bureau XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion didn't address the reinvestigation policy and laws. The stamp of approval for the reinvestigation was not on the conclusion. The stamp is XXXX ( automatic credit dispute verification ) meaning when you send a dispute to the credit bureau electronically XXXX will get the dispute and send it out to the creditors being disputed. XXXX also stamps the dispute to the creditor. In return they have to verify 100 % of all information is correct. Without this stamp from XXXX, this investigation is illegal. My next phase of action is Pre-litigation for all infractions on my credit report. I am looking for a lawyer who can take on my case.
