I have been reaching out to Equifax to get this resolved since XXXX. When trying to obtain new credit Im having problems being verified because my DOB shows up as XX/XX/XXXX ( my dads birthday ) when my DOB is actually XX/XX/XXXX. I was in the back of an ambulance before and my birthday was incorrect in their system. When I attempted to contact Equifax directly to resolve the issue they told me they saw no problem. This is hindering me big time in obtaining anything in correlation with credit. Please help!
