1. Tried 4 times today to get past their automated computerXX/XX/XXXXXXXX, 2022 I placed a freeze alert XXXX and a fraud alert XXXX. Called today to remove both and system put another freeze back on my account. I received XXXX confirmations of the removal of both, NOT SURE IF THIS WAS COMPLETED AND IF NOT, THE ALERTS NEED TO COME OFF IMMEDIATELY. Confirmation they are off, XXXX and XXXX... 2. Another complaint is my credit score is XXXX points lower with the same credit information EVERYWHERE and I want to know why? I want this fixed, XXXX points lower is bad!
