In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I experienced identity theft and fraud on my bank account which froze my account for a time period. No transaction could take place. I alerted the credit bureaus and many creditors. Upgrade reported my XXXX payment as 30 days late when I had actually paid and had recurring payments. I spoke to several associates in XX/XX/2021 and was assured by management that the credit reporting would be corrected and removed to reflect current due to the extenuating circumstances. Still to this day my credit report has not been corrected and I have been given the run around from multiple contact attempts. This negating in accurate credit reporting has caused significant damage to my score and ability to acquire credit. All I simply requested was a correction to my credit as I have never made a late payment and I was promised and told the correction would take place.
