While the burden of proof lies with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have issued an Affadavit of Fact & an Identity Theft Report ( attached ) for which neither XXXX XXXX XXXX nor Equifax has provided rebuttal. If Equifax maintains that my Affadavit of Fact & Identity Theft report are fraudulent, I have attached an Affadavit of Fact in rebuttal for Equifax to validate their fraudulent claim of verification & also invalidate my Affadavit of Fact & Identity Theft Report.
