I zelled funds from my XXXX XXXX account to someones XXXX account. The {$1500.00} was taken out from my checking account instantly on XX/XX/22. When I contacted XXXX XXXX, I was informed that they can not push this transaction faster and its up to Zelle. Zelle stated that the fund is held up and will take 1-3 days to send to the receiving party. The receiving party called her bank and it was said that the funds is pending. It is UNACCEPTABLE that the money was instantly taken out from my account and is not available to the intended receiver. Obviously, if I send this amount of money to someone, its for an emergency. These financial institutions ( in this case : Zelle, XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) should not be allowed to take a persons money and have it in limbo!
