On or around XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX located on XXXX XXXX XXXX I got approved for financing through Exeter finance with a car note for {$700.00} The dealership pressed me for a down payment of around {$3500.00} which I paid unknowing that since I had already been approved for financing I didnt need to put down a down payment. This was the second vehicle I had purchased there within a years time time. In XXXX of XXXX purchased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX for my daughter and put down a {$2000.00} down payment as well, again I was approved for financing through XXXX XXXXXXXXnO will also add in both cases I was advised over the phone of my financial approval. I believe that this pressure for down payments were again my credit rights and violated truth in lending practice according to TILA 15 USC 1635 and 1662. I am feeling like I was taking advantage of because I was a woman. And I am asking that The dealership be held responsible and that these loans be remedied by them as a financial compensation to me and that I receive both car titles as paid in full. am also asking to be refunded the amount of my down payments for both vehicles.
