I contacted the credit bureau and explained that I was concerned that information being reported by their agency was inaccurate and/or outdated. After what has now been more than 30 days, I reviewed my credit reports and I see no changes. 15 USC 1681e Section 607 b states that whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 A states that I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. These are clear violations of my federally protected consumer rights.
