Good afternoon, I would like this account XXXXXXXX XXXX # XXXX to be removed/deleted Equifax responded to my dispute and did not remove the account although it is reporting inaccurately. Below are the following inaccuracies/violations They did not add the required notice of dispute, I disputed this account back on XX/XX/2022 and the notice of dispute should have been reported within 30 days.I pulled my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and the notice has not been reported which is reason for termination alone The Date of last activity is not congruent for XXXX, XXXX and Equifax High balance is not congruent for XXXX, XXXX and Equifax Date of last verified is not congruent for XXXX, XXXX and Equifax Monthly payment - there should not be a monthly payment on a closed account screen shots of these inaccuracies are located below
